Items Damaged Upon Delivery
Please snap a photo of the item and send to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days. If we agree the item is damaged, a Return Shipping Label will be sent to you to cover shipping cost. In order to receive a refund, the item must be unused and you must return it in the same packaging within 14 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is inspected and processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Merchandise returned without the original packaging may not qualify for a refund. We do not offer exchanges.
It can take about two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card.
*NOTE: In order to ensure your return is in our system and that we issue your refund without delay, you must follow the complete return process detailed above to obtain a return confirmation (via email) prior to mailing your return to us.

Item is the Wrong Size
As a general rule, we do not offer a refund. Each item description includes specific details for measuring your pet. Please send us specific details to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you. Include your phone number for faster service.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
